How do you see yourself? When you picture yourself in your mind, are you happy with what you see, or do you criticize yourself and find more negatives than positives? Low self-esteem can have many effects on our lives, but we can do something about it.
I like myself. Liking yourself is not the same a being selfish.
I respect myself. Respecting yourself is not the same as being stuck up.
I have worth. Taking yourself seriously does not mean you are too intense.
I am strong. Standing up for yourself is not pushy.
I am smart. Being smart is sexy.
I have a voice. Telling the truth doesn’t mean you’re too loud or that you talk too much.
I feel. Being in touch with your heart is not the same as being emotional.
I am an individual. I know I can make a difference in the world in my unique way.
I look forward. Learning the power of positivity.
I like myself. Applauding who you are is a life time achievement.

If you are uncertain about yourself, experience a lack self-confidence, doubts your abilities, or thinks negatively of yourself on a regular basis, this program might be helpful for you.
