I have over 20+ years of experience as a therapist, with a specialty in Women and Adolescent Health. My treatment approach is based on the needs of the individual client, concentrating in psychodynamic and relational psychotherapy.
Over the past 20 + years I have worked with issues of addiction with Alcohol, Drugs and Food. I have particularly focused on trauma work, grief and bereavement. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
