If you are ready to finally feel good about your body and be at peace around food, this group is for you! Through structured dialogue, guided activities, and support from like-minded members, this group will help you identify and overcome your hang-ups with food and overeating by addressing underlying emotional triggers.

This group will be led by Caitlin Steitzer, LMSW 

This group has 10 sessions;
Tuesday evening: 6:15pm – 7:45pm
October 16th – December 18th
