A closed support group for women who have survived traumatic events in their life time. Together through discussions and structured activities, we will help members

• understand the effects of trauma
• gain coping skills
• support and be supported by one another
• move past surviving into growing and thriving

If you are ready to start defining yourself as more than your past experiences, and can make a commitment to the 10 weekly sessions (with potential to continue afterwards) this group is for you.
