Empowerment and Self- Esteem

Facilitated by Ashanti Boston, MHC

Weekly, Friday’s at 4:15pm
Via a secure, Live Video Platform.

This group will serve as a safe space for women to voice their insecurities, self-esteem struggles and self-love hardships they might develop because of being a woman in society. Together, we can explore the expectations of a woman, the messages one receives and empower one another to live as ourselves, loving who we are.
