Body Positivity: Learning to Love Our Body and Our Whole Selves

Are you struggling with body image issues? Would you like to think more positively about yourself overall?

This group is focused on building self-esteem and improving how we view ourselves. Through connection with others, learning about what contributes to our negative self-image, and learning self-affirming strategies we can work to change how we treat ourselves.

• Ages: 18 years and older
• Open to those presenting as female
• Groups will be held for 8 weeks
• Group held on Thursdays at: 7pm – 8pm
• Start date: June 13th
