As a therapist, I strongly believe in empowering client’s from a strengths-based perspective. In addition to psychotherapy, I am presently employed as a Forensic Social Worker, advocating on behalf of individuals’ with criminal justice involvement.

I have extensive experience as both an Individual and Family Therapist for a wide range of populations. I believe in incorporating a variety of modalities into my practice in order to best suit each individual’s needs. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I have utilized motivational interviewing, psychodynamic principles, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and trauma-informed practices.
