I strongly believe change comes from a careful examination of yourself. I use a holistic approach to support you in exploring and accepting yourself. I offer my clients a safe space, where they can look within themselves without being judged, chastised, or overwhelmed.

Our work together will be collaborative, and through this, I hope to help you create long-lasting change. I use a multi-modal approach in session, catering to the needs of my clients. I have extensive training in treating individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, family, and relationship issues. By using CBT, mindfulness, reality therapy, narrative therapy, and a person-centered approach, I encourage my clients to achieve their goals, understand their symptoms, and improve their quality of life.
