I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and seniors from all walks of life. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, relational therapy, psycho-dynamic perspective, and LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapy.
I also utilizes cognitive therapies (i.e., CBT, DBT), mindfulness, and strength-based modalities to facilitate behavioral change that helps children, adolescents, and adults cope with everyday life situations/stressors. My prior professional and clinical experiences include working extensively with children, adolescents, and their families from a strength-based perspective to mitigate the social ills of poverty. He is very passionate about social justice issues that affect impoverished communities. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Lehman College and a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University with a concentration in Clinical and Macro Studies. I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I currently reside in Brooklyn, New York.
