Group Therapy

Group therapy helps individuals develop communication skills and socialization skills, and allows clients to learn how to express their issues and accept input from others. The format of therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues.

BCS Group therapy involves one Therapist who lead a group of roughly 5 -10 clients. Typically, groups meet for an hour each week at the same time. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only.

Currently BCS is only facilitating Online Group Therapy.
