I work with adolescents, adults, families, and couples to assist them in achieving their full potential; mentally, emotionally and behaviorally. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space in order to gain a deep understanding of each client’s needs.
I recognize that everyone has their own unique qualities and strengths. Therefore, I use an integrative approach that incorporates methods from an array of treatment modalities. My treatment approach derives from a Psychodynamic perspective, while incorporating Mindfulness, Solution-Focused and Cognitive-Behavioral techniques. What this essentially means, is that as your therapist, I will get to know the intricacies of your personality; your past and present feelings, motives, and decisions that make you who you are. By understanding the core of your belief systems, I will help you to learn to navigate them in order to change unwanted emotions or behavioral patterns.
