Area of focus: • Anxiety • Depression • Relationship issues • Academic concerns • Transitional life changes • Building self-esteem • Grief • Vocational/ Employment difficulties

BCS Group is hosting an Online Support Group for people looking for a space to feel supported, share hopes and fears, and learn concrete ways to use mindfulness to deal with Anxiety. By practicing being aware of what is happening to you both internally and externally, mindfulness allows for more adaptive responses to difficult situations.

We also recognize and understand the feelings of anxiety, distress and concern many people may be experiencing in relation to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Fear and Anxiety may be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Coping with this stress will make you, the people you care about, and your community stronger.
