Group Overview:

To provide individuals with psychoeducation and strategies to improve mood and boost confidence. Interventions: CBT, ACT, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness Techniques.

Questionnaire: complete group goal question and reflect on group progress (first and last session)
Workbook: Therapist will provide a copy of “The Self-Confidence Workbook” to follow along with in sessions.

Do you feel lost and confused about the struggles in your life? Are you overwhelmed by daily tasks and the weight of life’s responsibilities? Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful social connections.

As a licensed social worker, it is my goal to utilize a strengths based approach in helping individuals and families overcome obstacles. I provide various approaches such as, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques and play therapy to assist clients in determining goals and creating sustainable change.

My passion is working with children and teens; but I also have experience working with adults with both mental health and substance use. I believe with my work expertise and your life troubles, we can become great partners in overcoming headaches in your life.
