My experience as a social worker and personal trainer have been invaluable resources when working with clients trying to address barriers to change and promoting greater self-acceptance.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
