Trauma can impact our mental health and well-being in ways we sometimes can’t identify. This group is meant to teach members how to recognize symptoms of trauma, learn about the impact of trauma on multiple life areas, and how to manage its effect on our lives.
Through learning about this concept, and becoming familiar with skills to improve our quality of life, we can further support our treatment goals.
• Ages: 18 years and older
• Open to males and females
• Groups will be held for 8 weeks
• Group held on Thursdays at: 8pm – 9pm
• Start date: June 13th
