Talk therapy/Psychotherapy can be an important part of management and treatment for many mental illnesses; depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress or panic attacks are very treatable.
A good therapist can help you cope with your feelings, help with personal problem solving or change behavior patterns that may contribute to your symptoms.
We are committed to providing an empathetic, comfortable, supportive space where you can feel unburdened and understood. Our aim is to assist you in enhancing your awareness and insight, become more confident of your existing strengths, and to develop healthy coping habits.
WE ACCEPT MEDICAID, MEDICARE, HMO’S AND MOST OTHER INSURANCES

As a Psychotherapist I take great pride in being authentic, genuine and transparent to my clients. My focus is to assist my clients in becoming the best version of themselves. Seeking therapy could be very difficult for some; however, therapy is a giant step toward being the healthiest version of yourself and to live your best life possible.
As a licensed Social Worker, I work with clients of all ages who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties and interpersonal issues. My treatment approach is client-centered in which treatment is tailored based on individual’s needs. I believe that clients and counselors could work collaboratively to explore treatment options and goals planning.

I am a licensed social worker with many years of experience working with children, adolescents and families with various life stressors. Through talk therapy I help my clients identify their stressors allowing them the opportunity to make changes in their lives where they see fit.
I received my Master’s Degree from Adelphi University. I currently work with individuals mandated to receive Mental Health Services. My therapeutic approach is from a strength-based perspective. Often times we focus on the negatives and never acknowledge the positive things that we have accomplished. I want my clients to know that my sessions are not only therapeutic but also a safe space where you can express yourself freely without feeling like you’re being judged.
