I believe deeply in everyone’s ability to change and grow. As a therapist I create a safe space for personal exploration and discovery that will allow you to heal. I understand that the decision to seek help can be a hard one, and I approach the work with an open mind and a dedication to providing each client with the unique therapeutic experience needed in order to thrive.
My approach is interactive, collaborative, supportive and draws from a range of therapeutic models including psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and EMDR therapy. I bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field and have been published in The Journal Social Work with Groups. In addition to my work as a therapist, I provide professional development workshops to companies and organizations across New York specializing in group dynamics.
We will be accepting members on a first come, first serve basis, so reserve your spot today.
