I take a holistic approach to therapy: assessing clients from a mental, physical, and spiritual perspective and creating a therapeutic plan and environment that integrates all of these areas. I have served various populations from individuals battling cancer, to students struggling with learning disabilities.

In 2017, I became certified in personal training in order to better understand and support the physical aspects of wellness and its influence on mental health. My experience as a social worker and personal trainer have been invaluable resources when working with clients trying to address barriers to change and promoting greater self-acceptance.

I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I also integrate holistic techniques such as meditation, stretch, breath work, grounding, movement, and mindfulness into my therapeutic work with clients.
