How it works

1. Choose the group you’d like to become part of
2. Fill in the contact form with your details
3. Complete a pre-group assessment with the Group Therapist
4. Join the group – groups are online, for 60 minutes, weekly.

Our online group therapy allows you to develop self-awareness through discussion with others who have experienced similar issues.  Sharing your story within the group will help you build communication and social skills which you can utilize outside of the group.

Develop a healthier perspective.

Hearing the stories of others who are going through similar struggles as yourself, engaging in discussion and problem solving will give you a better perspective on your own situation.

Utilizing the skills learned in the group will allow you to maintain perspective and so make positive change in your daily life.
