individuals grappling with the challenges of panic disorder in their daily lives. This eight-week
journey is designed as a beacon of hope and empowerment for all participants.

Group Overview:

In this nurturing and empathetic environment, members will find comfort, knowledge, and a sense of community as they navigate the intricacies of living with panic disorder. The open dialogue and mutual support offered in this group will provide participants the reassurance that they are not alone in their struggles, fostering strength and resilience.

Throughout the program, the group will utilize psychodynamic methods as a foundational step towards understanding and managing panic disorder. Participants will delve into the subconscious, seeking to uncover past experiences or unresolved issues that may be influencing their current condition. This exploration will focus on the interplay between the conscious and unconscious mind, the role of defense mechanisms, and the impact of past relationships and experiences.

This group therapy serves as a preliminary step in a larger therapeutic journey. It will equip participants with a deeper understanding of their internal conflicts, paving the way for further exploration in individual therapy. The insights gained in this group setting will provide a solid foundation for participants to develop more adaptive coping strategies and set meaningful therapeutic goals.
