Individual therapy is a process through which you work one-on-one with a trained therapist, in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

You will explore feelings, thoughts and behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of your life that you might like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change.
