I work with adolescents, adults, families, and couples to assist them in achieving their full potential; mentally, emotionally and behaviorally. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space in order to gain a deep understanding of each client’s needs.

I am a social worker with a combined 25 years experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers and mental health clinics.
As a licensed social worker, I provide individualized approaches to psycho-therapy. I specialize in using Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT techniques to assist clients in determining goals and creating sustainable change.
There comes a time in life when a person realizes she or he needs support and clarification on their life challenges, their crisis, a developmental stage or with something they have been struggling for some time now.
I use a strength-based approach to therapy. This means identifying what my clients are already doing well, and guiding them to use those strengths to surmount any obstacles standing in the way of them living their best life.
